Vestige

Vestige, meaning something which remains after the destruction or disappearance of its main portion is an investigation into our outlook towards the value of mundane functional objects, specifically how they are often overlooked until their ability to function is lost. The project challenges how a work of art can make it seem that the inwardness of things, their executant reality, is opened up to us, letting the mundane objects speak for themselves to identify their overlooked value, through the agency of art.
